Glyphline Type Foundry
Font Software EULA · Terms of Sale · Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 (template) · Effective date: 25 June 2026
This End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding contract between 8082 Bahamas Ventures Ltd., a Bahamas International Business Company (Company No. 1503160), with registered office at Management & Service Co. Ltd., East Mall, Freeport, Grand Bahama, The Bahamas, trading as Glyphline Type Foundry (the “Foundry”) and you or the entity you represent (the “Licensee”). By downloading, installing, or using the Font Software, the Licensee accepts this Agreement.
Subject to payment and the terms below, the Foundry grants the Licensee a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to use the Font Software for the use types and tier purchased. The license is not transferable except with the Foundry’s prior written consent.
Purchases are processed by Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”), which acts as the merchant / seller of record for the transaction. The customer’s purchase contract for the payment is with Polar, while this Agreement governs the customer’s use of the Font Software and is granted by the Foundry. Polar handles payment, billing, applicable sales tax / VAT, refunds and chargebacks, and delivery of the Font Software on the Foundry’s behalf.
Permits installation of the Font Software on workstations controlled by the Licensee to create static artwork, documents, and images. Outlined/rasterized output may be distributed freely; the editable Font Software files may not.
Permits the Licensee to self-host the WOFF2 files on the Licensed Domains and serve them via @font-face, within the purchased monthly Page Views tier. The Web License is perpetual — a one-time fee for the selected tier, with no recurring renewal. The Foundry does not embed tracking code in the Font Software. If sustained traffic exceeds the purchased tier, the Licensee will upgrade to the appropriate tier. Pricing scales by tier as follows:
Tier multiplier is applied to the applicable Web base price.
Permits embedding of the Font Software within one licensed application title (web, mobile, or desktop) per App add-on purchased. Server-side rendering and PDF embedding for the Licensee’s own documents are permitted; redistribution of the editable files is not.
The Foundry retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Font Software, including all copyrights in the font files and code and all trademark rights in the family names. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this Agreement.
The Licensee is responsible for keeping its usage within the purchased scope. The Foundry may verify compliance through publicly available information (for example, fonts served on public web pages) and will contact the Licensee to resolve any discrepancy in good faith before pursuing other remedies.
The license is perpetual but will terminate automatically if the Licensee materially breaches this Agreement and fails to cure within
a reasonable period after notice (suggested: 30 days). On termination for breach, the Licensee must cease use and delete the Font Software files.
THE FONT SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FOUNDRY’S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE FONT SOFTWARE, AND THE FOUNDRY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the courts of the courts of New Providence, The Bahamas.
This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Font Software and supersedes prior understandings. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
